I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the service was accommodating. However, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast experience was not ideal.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and secure, although the cleanliness could have been better. Despite paying in cash, the overall experience was nice.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, choosing the green option for 4 nights, although the lack of a refrigerator and complimentary coffee was a downside. The room was clean until early morning noise from a neighboring guest disrupted my rest. Unfortunately, the club lounge was closed for drinks and snacks on the night I stayed.
The hotel is conveniently located near Miami International Airport, with clean rooms featuring nice hardwood floors. However, there were maintenance issues in the handicapped room I stayed in from Saturday noon till Monday morning.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was of an ample size with a comfortable Queen size bed, plenty of light, TV, fridge, lockbox, tea/coffee making facilities, and plenty of USB sockets, which was fine, albeit a bit out of date. The service provided by Mia's Pantry, Yenier, Elianis, and James was extremely helpful, even going the extra mile to assist my mom in her wheelchair and ensuring a smooth stay. The location was convenient, easily accessible via the airport shuttle, and close to places around Miami that I wanted to explore. However, it was a bit pricey at $23 per day for parking. Sadly, I had to leave for the Caribbean, and the thought of departing made me a little sad.
The hotel was clean and serviceable, with pleasing rooms that included a sofa and office desk and chair. I liked the lobby area. However, there were many red ants in the room, and my daughters are allergic to their bites, which was concerning.
